Our Gifts for Life e-cards and raffle tickets count as donations, not purchases, and therefore we are unable to offer a refund.
Physical Christmas cards and wraps
If you change your mind and do not wish to keep these purchased items, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date via hello@transform-trade.org.
If you decide within 14 days that you do not want your purchase, send it back to us in good condition and we can refund you the cost of the items or replace them. We will refund the cost of goods, but we are unable to offer a refund on the delivery charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that we are a small charity and do not have a customer service department - processing your request for a refund may take a few days.
